price determination indicator

Hi All,

How could ı set the price determination indicator to default  2 for all materials with price control V. the material ledger is active and while ı tyr to create a material(material type price control = v) the system propese 3 for all materials but ı wants it set to  price determination indicator  2 with price control V and 3 with price control S as default.
