Thanks for the answers. In our case we need to change the entire source system and so we don't know how unique master data we will have in other source system. So, we need to delete entire master data and transactional data.

Our sequence of deletion is as follows,

1. Infocube (F, E, P, T, U, DZ*(1...9, A..D) Tables

2. DSO - (A*40, A*00, B) tabels

3. Master Data Tables

4. Master Data SID Tables

Is above sequence is appropriate or need to change ?

Any precautions we need to consider ?

Any tables we must not delete ?
