You don't need to execute the Init load (Without data) IP again, because you have already done that.
So, to extract the history data please create another IP with Full mode and load the data. Create another Info package with Delta mode and execute this IP from next time onwards and if you are using the process chain to load the daily delta's, then you should include the 3rd Info package which was created with Delta mode.
While transporing, it is always advisable to create 3 info packages with 3 different load modes and transport all the 3 IPs to Q and P systems. So that in future, if any changes are required due to some data inconsistency or new enhancements, the existing IPs can be used.
