By the way, the form HR_GB_P60_2013_D also does not exist in my system. I am have downloaded the text files from the SAP note mentioned above and am using the report RSTXSCRP to import the text file into the SAPscript form HR_GB_P60_2013_D. It says that the form must be imported on to a Standard SAP package and cannot be imported as a local object. Would you know what Standard SAP Package I shoudl use to import this form?
