Developing a adobe form like QP05 transaction

Hi Experts,

I want to develop a custom report as like QP05 (Print inspection plan). I debug the program and there is a get statement GET PLKOD.

I want to know from where it is fetching data where is its SET statement.

any pointer would be helpful.
