if everything is green in IDOC overview, then you dont have failed IDOC which needs to be reprocessed via "start IDOC follow up", hence you get the message that no data could be selected.
Assume you have a status 51 with an error that tells you that an entry in customizing is missing.
Then you do the customizing and after that you do the IDOC follow up in LSMW to process the IDOC with 51 status again.
when everything is green you are just done.
