Just a question, why are you using in where condition BI_ACTIVITY_DATE='2013-01-02'.

As with this filter, your other filter condition will not have impact, and only result of this date will be displayed. So do you have any data related to this date i.e. BI_ACTIVITY_DATE='2013-01-02'.. If not than there should not be any data returned.
