For AS Java based systems (like AEX, PO, etc.), target SLD details (SLD connectivity options, credentials, etc.) for SLD Data Supplier service are specified in HTTP destination named SLD_DataSupplier. Please check it in NetWeaver Administrator (NWA: Configuration -> Infrastructure -> Destinations) and adjust in case it is targeted at the wrong SLD.
Regarding Exchange Profile... Exchange Profile has been deprecated in PI Java-only installation options (AEX and PO) and doesn't exist there anymore. In such installation options, functional successor of Exchange Profile is J2EE service XPI Service: AII Config Service (com.sap.aii.utilxi.cfg.svc) that you can find among other Java services provided by PI AS Java system and manage via NetWeaver Administrator (NWA: Configuration -> Infrastructure -> Java System Properties).
