A question, why do you bind it to OWOR table ?

Receipt from production object table is OIGN, IGN1 - IGN18.

The form will update/add/delete values in the main tables only.

It can show you the field from other tables (such as the OWOR table), but not updating it.

OWOR is a table for Work Order.

Try binding it to OIGN table and after update/add, query the OIGN table.
