Re: How to handle fault message when getting error HTTP 500.

It´s happening when the EndPoint - Webservice Receiver doesnt asnwer or there is error, if the call is syncronous do not receive any asnwer back, you got this error 500.

Also if you dont use SOAP Envelop, you must do a configurating into module adapter with stantard api to provide the correct communication.

Example for configuration channel to SEFAZ (Brazil Governament with flag do not use soap envelop)

I provide the transformation of contentType for Webservice receiver accept, maybe you should do the same there.

Also check if there is a soap action into WSDL file.
