Hi,
You have to select the correct transaction and reference document in MIGO. For example, if you want transfer of goods (like MB1B), then you have to select MIGO - Transfer Posting. Then you can select the required reference document (like material doc, reservation etc) or other. Here, all movement types available with MB1B will be available.
Similarly, in place of MB1A, you can use MIGO - Goods Issue, MB0A is replaced with MIGO - Goods Receipt, MBST by MIGO - Cancellation, MBRL by MIGO - Return Delivery etc.

Also, you may define the movement type relevant for transaction in OMJJ - allowed transaction.
