If your client need "Account Assignment" then do new account asignment customisation as per his requirement. Or else use other combination of account asignment catagory with service which meets his requirement.
SAP has given option to createa a new Account assignment.
Check in
MM->Purchasing->Account assignment.
Its all about business dicission so explain them and ask them what they want.
