Yes, this is a problem. Even SHDB recording (for BDC ABAP program) also exhibits the same behavior.
But, onething you might have observed, all the old calls are getting skipped automatically, after start-of-cycle pop-up, which should be acceptable. Only difference is that the old lines will stay there in skipped status.
Rest no problem.
