I notice this is your second post on the same issue (CR Over erp).
As yo did not get a reply on the 1st post, I suspect it may be better for you to create a phone incident. Since you have ERP, there should be no cost (e.g.; phone support is normally included - check with your Admin or SAP account rep).
Other than that, make sure you are on the latest SP for CR 2011:
