While searching for your query I found ( based on few queries here in SCN ) that BTE 1520 is dependent on 1510 .
For eg :

So as Kumar said try to look up with a BADI or a Customer Exit like RFDRRANZ ....
Search for EXITs related to FD32 in SDN and you will get a lot of helpful results for sure
