Tax code Issue

Hi experts,

While upgradation we apply patch SAPKH60020  so that the tax procedure condition based on country+taxcode+cas no get affected and due to which JVRD,JVRN condition not calculated the tax .so that tax code is not execute in the purchase order so please help to resolve this issue.
